Timing chain tensioner replacement — Common on 2007-2015 Camry and RAV4 with the 2AR-FE engine. A rattling noise on cold start usually means the tensioner needs attention before it causes chain skip and valve damage.
Water pump and thermostat service — Toyota trucks like the Tacoma and Tundra with the 1GR-FE V6 often need water pump replacement around 100K miles. Miami heat makes this failure happen sooner.
