From CVT transmission service to routine oil changes, our ASE Certified technicians know Nissan vehicles inside and out. We specialize in the common issues that affect Altima, Rogue, and Sentra owners in Miami. Two locations in Wynwood and Doral — 30-50% less than the Nissan dealership.
Nissan is one of the most popular brands on Miami roads. The Altima, Rogue, and Sentra are everywhere — and for good reason. They offer solid value, good fuel economy, and comfortable daily driving. But Nissan's CVT transmissions require specialized knowledge that not every shop has. At Motoro Cars, our technicians have specific training on Nissan's JATCO CVT units and know how to keep them running smoothly.
Our Wynwood shop at 2865 NW 17th Ave serves Nissan owners in Brickell, Little Havana, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Our Doral location at 2010 NW 107th Ave is convenient for drivers in Doral, Hialeah, Sweetwater, Kendall, and Miami Lakes. Both shops have the diagnostic tools and fluid inventory to handle every Nissan model currently on the road.
OEM-level scan tools for Nissan-specific codes, CVT data monitoring, and system resets

Miami's stop-and-go traffic and year-round heat create extra stress on Nissan vehicles, particularly the CVT transmission and cooling systems. Here are the Nissan-specific repairs we see most often:
CVT transmission shudder and failure — Nissan's JATCO CVT is the most common repair request we get from Nissan owners. The 2012-2018 Altima and 2013-2019 Rogue are most affected. Symptoms include shuddering at low speed, hesitation, and overheating warnings. Regular CVT fluid changes every 30K miles can dramatically extend transmission life.
Catalytic converter and exhaust issues — The 2.5L QR25DE engine in the Altima and Rogue is prone to catalytic converter failure, triggering P0420 codes. Miami's heat accelerates catalyst degradation. We diagnose properly to avoid unnecessary replacements.
AC evaporator and blower motor — Nissan AC systems work nonstop in Miami. The evaporator core in the 2013-2018 Altima and Sentra is a common failure point, and blower motor resistors burn out from constant use. We handle the full AC system from diagnosis to repair.
Two locations serving all of Miami-Dade. Walk-ins welcome Mon-Sat 8am-6pm.
