3. Appointments and Booking
Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our shop by phone or email.
When you book an appointment:
- Please arrive reasonably close to your scheduled time so we can serve you efficiently
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer
- We may need to adjust your appointment time or reschedule in cases of high volume, parts delays, or unforeseen circumstances; we will contact you in advance when possible
- Drop-off appointments are welcome; please call ahead so we can plan accordingly
4. Warranty
Motoro Cars is a TECHNET Professional Auto Service member. Qualifying repairs performed at our shops are backed by the TECHNET nationwide warranty, which covers parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, at any participating TECHNET location across the country.
Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after the repair
- Wear items such as brake pads or wiper blades that reach normal end of life
- Repairs performed by a third party after our work
Ask your service advisor for complete warranty details at time of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Motoro Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including reliance on pricing estimates or service descriptions found here.
Our total liability for any claim related to the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
This limitation does not affect your rights as a consumer under Florida law with respect to actual repair services performed at our shops.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Motoro Cars or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
